Brussels Sprouts Pizza
Ingredients
- Goat Cheese
- Creme Fraiche
- Egg (optional)
- Lavash Bread / tortilla
- Brussel Sprouts / cauliflower / broccoli
- Shredded Cheese
Instructions
- Whisk togehter 50/50 mixture of goat cheese and creme fraiche, toss in an egg if you wish.
- What you are trying to accomplish is to thin the goat cheese enough to make it spreadable.
- Spread goat cheese mixture on lavash bread (trader joe’s for example sell them), or you could use a tortilla, top with shredded cheese, and lots of thinly shaved brussels sprouts.You are going to need a mandolin to get the brussels sprouts shredded thin.
- You could use cauliflower or broccoli instead of brussel sprouts.
- Drizzle some oil on top, season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in a 450 degree oven until lavash is starting to brown around the edges and get crispy.
- Yeah, I am not gonna tell you how long that is going to take, because it really depends on your oven.
- You are going to bake it until it is done. Which is when the edges are starting to brown and crisp.
- This is really super delish, and a great way to eat brussels sprouts as a change.
- *Spread some olive oil on a sheet pan before laying down the lavash bread.
