PUMPKIN ICE CREAM
It is Halloween, but we are in the ‘bu and it is 80 degrees and sunny, so forget the cake. We all scream for ice cream and so we are making pumpkin cheese cake ice cream. 
Ingredients
- 1 package cream cheese OR 1 can coconut milk (loove coconut milk)
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (or bourbon vanilla, available at trader joes)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Instructions
- Blend, and into the ice cream maker you go.
