HEMP KALE CHIPS

Say WHAT? Hemp is a variety of the cannabis sativa plant? And we are going to put it on our kale? And eat chips? yes we are ‘casue we are hippies like it is 1975. What else can you use HEMP for? Great on avocado with a little salt and lime, fun on sweet desserts like a custard, why not? Hemp butter with miso, yes yes, hemp sprinkle on your protein of choice. You will find more uses for it.

 
Ingredients
  • Dry Kale
  • Olive oil
  • Sea Salt
  • Hemp Seeds
Instructions
  1. Take some dry kale, toss with olive oil, sea salt and tons of hemp seeds (loooove em) and bake in a 350 degree oven until nice and crispy, about 15 minutes. You may need to turn them a few times.
