CLASSY CLASSIC GREEN SALAD
Because some things never go out of style….and we are classy that way.

Ingredients
- Butter lettuce, thinly sliced radishes, chopped herbs
- dressing:
- 1 teaspoon shallot
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup oil, vegetable or olive
- salt to taste
Instructions
- This is an eye baller , sure you can measure but I like you not too, I want you to learn to make this by feel, by look, by your taste preference – in a small bowl, start with chopped shallot, maybe one teaspoon, now add mustard maybe a tablespoon, now you are going to add red wine vinegar until it is liquid- y, thicker than water, thinner than yogurt, about 3 tablespoons, now add a sprinkle of salt, and stir in vegetable oil, about 1/4 cup.
- Pour dressing over the salad, and see you are classy as can be.
