great ways to loose

we are not talking about pounds
but we have found,
if you choose to loose you will be healthier all around
loose – the looser in you……
stop saying you CAN”T COOK, you CAN”T WORK OUT, you CAN’t Give back, you CAN’T eat organic,
yes, you, can DO IT…..

just say NO, don’t let junk seduce you,
and big corporations use you
loose labels…..
Don’t freak out, you can keep your designer shoes, and handbag….if you must
but if you are spending time reading food labels, STOP!
If you can’t tell what it is by looking at it,
or if you can’t tell what it is made of, by holding it, smelling it, touching it,
then LOOSE it.
Food that is good for you, needs no label.
No clue….loose it
If you grew it
or if you know how it grows,
or know how to make it, or know how it is made,
then you may eat it, then you may keep it.
If you don’t have a basic clue, you must: LOOSE IT.
That’s right, don’t put up a fight, just toss it out.
Loose the math…
the thin are thin because they were born like that
not because they don’t eat fat
Guess what?
if you eat all that is right, you can stop using the calculator, alright?
loose the guilt……
ok, so you drank the soda,
you ate the pink slime,
you can’t change the past….meal…..by feeling bad about it.
it’s a new meal, it is new plate, forget what you last ate
and when you loose it, you will no longer be lost
in fact you will be found……to be healthier all around
