Brussels Sprouts Pizza

Ingredients
  • Goat Cheese
  • Creme Fraiche
  • Egg (optional)
  • Lavash Bread / tortilla
  • Brussel Sprouts / cauliflower / broccoli
  • Shredded Cheese
Instructions
  1. Whisk togehter 50/50 mixture of goat cheese and creme fraiche, toss in an egg if you wish.
  2. What you are trying to accomplish is to thin the goat cheese enough to make it spreadable.
  3. Spread goat cheese mixture on lavash bread (trader joe’s for example sell them), or you could use a tortilla, top with shredded cheese, and lots of thinly shaved brussels sprouts.You are going to need a mandolin to get the brussels sprouts shredded thin.
  4. You could use cauliflower or broccoli instead of brussel sprouts.
  5. Drizzle some oil on top, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake in a 450 degree oven until lavash is starting to brown around the edges and get crispy.
  7. Yeah, I am not gonna tell you how long that is going to take, because it really depends on your oven.
  8. You are going to bake it until it is done. Which is when the edges are starting to brown and crisp.
  9. This is really super delish, and a great way to eat brussels sprouts as a change.
  10. *Spread some olive oil on a sheet pan before laying down the lavash bread.
