Green beans with olives

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch green beans, blanched in salted water, until just cooked but still crispy
  • 1/2 cup creme fraiche
  • 1/2 cup olives
  • dill and lemon juice to taste
Instructions
  1. Toss green beans, with salt, then with creme fraiche and dill. Garnish with olives.
