Green beans with olives
Ingredients
- 1 bunch green beans, blanched in salted water, until just cooked but still crispy
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 1/2 cup olives
- dill and lemon juice to taste
Instructions
- Toss green beans, with salt, then with creme fraiche and dill. Garnish with olives.
