THE SWEDISH TABLE
Wow i wrote this book so long ago, in the spring of 2003. It was my first book, before we moved to Malibu, before the backyard classes, before the journey, the idea, of Malibu Farm was sprouted. I was pregnant with my third child, which made me nostalgic of my childhood in Sweden.
On a whim, in a creative bursts, I wrote a proposal and sent it off to Minnesota press, and the book was published. Although I have grown and changed a lot since then, much of what I wrote back then, is still true today.
So happy I can share with you, a few recipes from my little Swedish love letter here.
